Please review the following important information before booking your tour.

  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers, guests with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early and bring your booking confirmation
  • Please bring your booking confirmation on the day of the tour.
  • You may state any specific dietary requirements when you booked the tour with lunch
  • If any of the visiting places is closed, we will try to attend an alternative place
  • The lunch/restaurant may change due to operational reasons
  • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
  • Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)
  • The itinerary may change due to traffic, weather or other operational conditions.
  • Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
  • Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly
  • Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option or Bullet train option in advance
  • If you have a JR pass, please book our "Return by Bus" product
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Food and drinks are not included unless otherwise specified.
  • Smoking is prohibited during the tour.
  • Please follow the guide's instructions throughout the tour.
  • If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way
  • We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June
  • The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals
  • All weekend and Japanese public holiday tours will depart only from Shinjuku at 7:30 to avoid the traffic congestion
  • Personal expenses are not included
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 43-47 travelers
  • Travel insurance is recommended

There are two departure points depending on your booking:

• Ginza – 07:20 · Matsuya Ginza, 3-6-1 Ginza, Chuo City (JR Yurakucho / Ginza Line)

• Shinjuku – 07:50 · Shinjuku Love Statue, 1-1 Nishi-Shinjuku (West Shinjuku Station Exit)

If you select Bus Return, the bus takes you back to Shinjuku, arrving aroud 19:00. The arrival time would depend on the traffic (heavy traffic estimated due to rush hours).

*Due to traffic congestion on weekends and holidays, the tour ends at Odawara Station. Please book our tour with the option, “Returning by Bullet Train (Including the bullet train ticket)”, but if you have a JR Pass or don't need a Shinkansen ticket to Tokyo, you can book with the option "Return by Bus". This would apply to all weekends, holidays, and several other days【2026】(Jan 12th; Feb 11th, 23rd; Mar 3rd; Apr 29th, 30th; May 1st, 4th-6th; Jul 20th; Aug 10th-12th, 14th; Sep 21st-23rd; Oct 12th; Nov 3rd, 23rd)

Children of all ages are welcome. Infants must sit on laps and are not charged a separate fare. Most travelers can participate; the bus is stroller-accessible but not wheelchair-accessible.

All guests will have the same meal (buffet of Japanese food), but there are options for those who prefer vegetarian/muslim-friendly meals too. Options for vegan and gluten-free meals are limited. Anyone with a serious allergy should book the tour without lunch, and bring something to eat on their own.
